Jason Segel broke out in feature films by having top-billing in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," which he starred in and wrote, and for his role in the film "Knocked Up," with Seth Rogen, Katherine Heigl and Paul Rudd. Segel's other feature film credits include "Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny," "Slackers," "Can't Hardly Wait," "Dead Man on Campus" and "I Love You, Man." He wrote and will star in the Zoll's much-anticipated movie, "The Greatest Muppet Movie Ever Made." Additionally, Segel has several movies expected to be released in the next year, including "Bad Teacher," Gulliver's Travels," "Jeff Who Lives at Home." He is currently in pre-production on "The Adventurer's Handbook."

His additional television credits include the role of Nick Andopolis in the series "Freaks and Geeks" and a recurring role on "Undeclared."

Segel's voice over work includes the movie "Despicable Me," which was released in July 2010.

He was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he lives. His birth date is Jan. 18.
